I'm breaking down the good AND bad of Norwegian Cruise Line, including the app, dining, food quality, Wi-Fi, room service, onboard activities and all of the extra charges that can quickly start adding up. Norwegian definitely has a reputation for nickel-and-diming, but are the things you pay extra for actually worth the money? Today we put that to the test! I try more included food, order room service, experience a super unique VR wine tasting and finally pay extra for specialty dining after being disappointed with the complimentary main dining. Some of the upgrades completely surprised me… and one ended up being the best money I've spent on the entire cruise! contact rose! rose@wylertravelgroup.com IT'S CRUISE DAY! 🚢🗽 Today I'm boarding the Norwegian Aqua for my FIRST ever cruise sailing out of New York City and we're heading to BERMUDA! We start the morning right in Manhattan and walk over to Pier 88 to experience the NYC cruise terminal and boarding process for the first time. Once onboard Norwegian Aqua, we explore the ship, grab our first drink, check out some food, and get ready for what turned into one of the BEST cruise sail-aways I've ever experienced. Sailing down the Hudson with the New York City skyline beside us, passing One World Trade and the Statue of Liberty before heading out toward Bermuda was absolutely incredible. Cruising out of NYC is something I think every cruise fan needs to experience at least once! We're officially back to cruising! Get ready for five nights aboard Norwegian Aqua, two days at sea and my first-ever trip to Bermuda!
