My trip home to Wisconsin definitely did NOT go as planned! With my parents unfortunately getting sick, I had to switch things up and unexpectedly check into a hotel in my own hometown. The cruise is officially over, but the adventure definitely isn’t! We’re waking up docked in New York City, getting off the ship, storing my luggage in NYC for the first time, grabbing one last New York bagel, exploring the city, and then heading to LaGuardia to finally fly home. Our Norwegian Aqua cruise to Bermuda is coming to an end! Today we're leaving beautiful Bermuda and spending our final day at sea as we cruise back to New York City. This trip has completely changed my thoughts on Norwegian Aqua. The ship really grew on me throughout the cruise, but there is one thing I still think NCL needs to improve — the included main dining. I give Hudson's one final chance before comparing it to some of the other food options around the ship. We also explore more of Norwegian Aqua, play mini golf, take a look inside the exclusive Haven area, spot WHALES from the ship, try one last specialty dining restaurant, and enjoy our final sunset at sea. Overall, this solo cruise from NYC to Bermuda has been an incredible adventure. Bermuda absolutely blew me away, Norwegian Aqua surprised me, and I definitely see myself doing this itinerary again!
